I found large (about 4 lb) pineapples for .97 each so I decided to can some. I cut the pineapple into tidbits and steam-juiced the peels and cores for juice. I got 11 pints of pineapple packed in pineapple juice for less than .50 per jar.

I have the recipe for Olive Garden's Sundried Sauce and I'll get it up this week!
